Canadian orders going to AB, BC & SK ship for $15. Canadian orders going to MB and eastward ship for $20.
We now ship to the USA for a flat-rate of $15. Please note shipping times to the USA can take up to (and sometimes longer than) 2 weeks.
We aim to ship out orders within 2 business days of receiving the order. All of our orders ship out of Delta, BC via common courier such as Canada Post, UPS or FedEx. When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.
US orders will arrive via USPS and can take 14 business days to arrive.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and revised shipping address. We will do our best to change the address before the order ships. Once the order ships we can contact the courier but we cannot guarantee an address change after an order ships from our warehouse.

No, we do not offer free shipping on returns & exchanges. We know that this is a common service offered by many large online retailers. Unfortunately, we are not a large online retailer who can afford to pay for the cost of return shipping.
